North Korea deploys 50 submarines near border of South Korea the day after US plans to deploys bombers and submarines in South Korea-US base.

The conflict of arms are rising in these region after North Korea shells south border which began the trading of artillery fires. North criticizes South Korea and US drills and said the drill is a training of invasion or war.
