In Photos: Death Toll are now 14 and 60 Wounded in Davao City, Philippines Bombing

Updates: 14 people are confirmed dead while over 60 are injured in bomb explosion in Davao City, Philippines on September 2, 2016 around 10PM. The bomb exploded at the Roxas ave. during night market.

Davao City police officials locked down the city and implement checkpoints.

President Duterte declares "State of Lawlessness"
"I am declaring now a state of lawlessness. It is not martial law. It has nothing to do with the suspension of the writ of habeas corpus. We go about but I said there will be checkpoints," he told reporters early morning on Saturday, September 3, in Davao City.





Davao City police confirmed that 10 people are dead while dozens are injured who arw now at the Southern Philippines Medical Center.

President Rodrigo Duterte, the former mayor of the city and his son Paolo were already at the site of the blast, according to Presidential Spokesman Ernesto Abella.
