Updates: New shooting incident happened in Paris, France on January 8 the day after shooting in Charlie Hebdo HQ that left 12 people dead. Meanwhile, a blasts from heard near the Mosque in Paris on the same day.

Series of terrorists attack in France that made residents fear for their lives. The French government continue to hunt down two gunmen of shooting in Charlie Hebdo on January 7, 2015. Cherif Kouachi and Said Kouachi are still at large but several arrests were made including the relatives of the suspects.

World leaders and religious leaders condemned the attack. By standers said that the suspect told them they are a members of Al Qaeda.

Anew Shooting Incident in Paris - January 8 wherein suspect is wearing bullet proof vest

PARIS:  A policewoman and a city employee are critical after a man wearing a bullet-proof vest fired on them with an automatic rifle outside Paris, police said.

A suspect has since been detained, another source close to the case said. Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve has rushed to the scene of the incident near Porte de Chatillon south of Paris.

Meanwhile, an explosion is said to have occurred at a restaurant near a mosque in the city of Lyon.
