Strong Typhoon "Amang" Threatens and May Hit Philippines Anew - January 2015

New weather disturbance in the Pacific Ocean could become a typhoon and named as "Amang" which may hit and threatens Philippines anew January 17, 2015. Amang is the first typhoon to enter Philippines this year.

Updates: It will not become a supertyphoon Amang but may bring heavy rainfall that causes flashfloods and landslides in Visayas.
US Weather Agency and Japan Meteorological Agency are monitoring the weather disturbance which JTWC tagged as "medium" and could become a typhoon by the next 24 hours.
The weather disturbance was closely monitored by different weather agencies worldwide as it has the possibility to become a typhoon but hopefully not.

Philippines has always been hit by strong typhoon and until now it is still recovering from damages brought by super typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) and typhoon Hagupit (Ruby).

By the next 24 - 72 hours the progress of the weather disturbance will be known whether it will become a typhoon or gone.

"DO NOT BE PANIC SINCE THE WEATHER DISTURBANCE IS STILL TOO FAR FROM THE PHILIPPINES AND ANYTIME IT MAY GONE"
